2. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and the significant amount of time and resources allocated at the start of each project, we adhere to the following refund principles:

Note: Dissatisfaction due to a change in personal/business preferences after delivery is not considered a valid reason for a refund.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Client fails to provide necessary project input, feedback, or approvals.

  • Project delays caused by client-side issues or third-party service failures.

  • Services already rendered, completed, or delivered as per scope.

  • Client requests project cancellation without valid or justifiable reason after 3 or more business days.

  • Misuse or unauthorized modification of the source code or designs provided by us.

  • Refund requests made after 15 calendar days from project delivery.


5. Maintenance and Support Refunds

Our maintenance and support services are usually subscription-based (monthly, quarterly, annually). The following applies:

If, after the final revision, the result is still not satisfactory and a mutual agreement can’t be reached, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion based on work completed and value delivered.
